Parties
This agreement entered Legal Aid Services Youngstown, Ohio, referred “LAS”, undersigned individual organization, referred “Client”.
Services
LAS agrees to provide legal aid and assistance to the Client in matters pertaining to civil litigation, family law, housing disputes, and other legal issues as determined to be within the scope of LAS`s services.
Term

Compensation
The Client agrees to pay LAS for their services at the rate determined by LAS`s fee schedule. In the event that the Client is unable to pay for legal services, LAS will provide assistance on a pro bono basis, subject to eligibility requirements.
Termination
This contract may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall remain responsible for any fees or expenses incurred for services provided by LAS up to the date of termination.
